What happens when you deselect a class or appointment that is already selected?
1. Selecting classes and appointments while creating a pricing option
To create a pricing option, navigate to Setup > Pricing Option > Create Plan
Enter the below details for the membership:
Basic Details:
Membership Type: Select the Membership type, if it is a subscription plan or a credit pack
Create For: Select if you want to create this plan at the location level or the regional level
Enter other details of the plan like the Name of the plan, Membership group, and Description
Click on Next
Expiry and Credits:
Expiry: Enter the validity of the plan
Booking Credits: Select this option if you want the customers to use this plan to sign up for classes or appointments
Services: Select if this plan can be used for classes, appointments or both
Services:
Classes: Turn on the toggle for classes if this plan can be used to sign up for classes
Applies to: Select if this plan can be applied to all active classes or selected classes
All active classes: If you select this option the plan will be selected for all the active classes at the location or region level based on 'create for' setting
Selected classes: Here, you can select the classes this plan can be applied.
By default, all the classes where 'All plans and packs' can be used will be selected
You can search for the class by the below methods and select and unselect classes the plan can be used against
Use the search option and type the name of the class
Group the classes using the service category
Use the sort option to sort the classes alphabetically or by the date, the class has been added
For a plan created at the regional level: You can select the location at the top and select the classes under that location where this plan can be used and save changes
Once the pricing option is created, this plan will be enabled for the classes selected under the class schedule
Appointments: Turn on the toggle for appointments if this plan can be used to book appointments services
Applies to: Select if this plan can be applied to all appointments or selected appointments
All appointments: If you select this option the plan will be selected for all the appointment services at the location or region level based on 'create for' setting
Selected appointments: Here, you can select the appointments this plan can be used against.
By default, all the appointments where 'All plans and packs' can be used will be selected
You can search for the appointments by using the below methods and select or unselect appointment services the plan can be used against
Use the search option and type the name of the appointment service
Group the appointment services using the service category
Use the sort option to sort the appointments alphabetically or by the date, the appointment service has been created
For a plan created at the regional level: You can select the location at the top and select the appointment services under that location where this plan can be used and save changes
Once the pricing option is created, this plan will be enabled for all the appointment services selected
Credits: Select if the plan has unlimited credits or fixed credits, if fixed credits enter the number of credits
Advance Settings: Enter the remaining details like, if this plan is visible to the customer if it is a shared membership, Booking ahead of expiry, etc, and click on Next
Price:
For a credit pack, enter the price of the plan
For a subscription plan, enter the price, maximum number of cycles, minimum cycles the customer has to complete before canceling, etc
Click on Create Membership
The membership plan will be created and the plan will be updated under the selected class schedule and appointment service
2. Regional Plan: How to select classes or appointments at each location in that region?
If you are creating a plan at the regional level, you can follow the below steps:
Under basic details of the membership, select the region option under 'Create for'
Under Expiry and credit, enable the toggle for booking credits
Services
Under services, turn on the toggle for the services the plan will be applicable to if it is classes or appointments or both
Classes
Applies to:
All active classes under region: If you select this option, the plan will be enabled for all the active classes in all locations of that region
Selected classes: If you select this option, by default all the classes where 'All plans and packs' are selected will be checked. To make changes, click on the edit option
Select the location on the top and select the classes where this pricing option can be used
Once you selected the class schedules under all locations click on save changes
Appointments
Applies to:
All Appointments under the region: If you select this option, the plan will be enabled for all the appointment services in all locations of that region
Selected appointments: If you select this option, by default all the appointment services where 'All plans and packs' are selected will be checked. To make changes, click on the edit option
Select the location on the top and select the appointment services where this pricing option can be used
Once you selected the appointment services under all locations click on save changes
Proceed, with the next steps and click on create a membership. Once the membership is created this pricing option will be enabled for all the services you have selected across the locations in the region
3. What happens when you deselect a class or appointment that is already selected?
By default, all the class schedules and appointment services where all plans and packs are selected will be checked.
While creating a pricing option, if you uncheck any of the class schedule or appointment service that is already checked by the system, once the plan is created for that class schedule/appointment service under the Prices section the 'Can be booked using' option will change from the "All plans and packs" to "Selected plans and packs" and here all the pricing options will be selected except the one you just created where you have not selected this class/appointment
