You can now directly raise a feature request from Bookee CRM which would be visible for all the businesses using Bookee.
On this feature request list, you can now upvote the features that you think would benefit your business or will be helpful for you. Based on the number of votes a feature receives, it would be prioritized.
Now, you can also see the list of all new features that are live on Bookee and the product roadmap to know which features are coming out soon.

1. Raising a feature Request from Bookee CRM
To raise a feature request you can follow the below steps once you are logged in:
Be at the location and Navigate to the Account icon
Select the 'Give Feedback' option under the Help and Feedback section
You will now be directed to the feedback page, where you will see the features requested by all businesses.
To add a new feature request, you can follow the below steps:
Click on the New Post option under the give feedback page
You will see a popup, where you can enter the below details
Title: Give a title for the feature you are requesting
Feedback: Leave it as a Feature request
Your Thoughts: Give us a brief of how the feature should work.
Description of the feature
How will this feature help/Why do you need it?
Type: Must have, Good to have, Nice to have
Once you added the above details click on New post
The feature request will be added to the list
2. How to upvote a feature request
You can now vote on the features that you think will be helpful for your business, to check the features requested by other businesses and upvote you can follow the below steps:
Be at the location and Navigate to the Account icon
Select the 'Give Feedback' option under the Help and Feedback section
You will see the list of features that are added by the other customers and the status of the feature
To vote for that feature, you can click on the number icon in front of the feature and the number will be updated
The feature that has maximum votes will be prioritized to be released first
ℹ️ In case you voted for a feature and you want to undo it, you can click on the same number again and your vote will be retracted |
3. Product Roadmap
You can now view the upcoming features and the product roadmap by following the below steps:
Be at the location and Navigate to the Account icon
Select the 'Upcoming features' option under the Help and Feedback section
You will see the list of features that are under planning, in progress, or completed stage
What does each stage mean?
Planning: These are the features that have been picked up from the feedback list by the product team and will be added them to the upcoming releases (ETA: Coming up in the next 6 months or so)
In Progress: These are the features that are added to the upcoming release and our Engineering team is actively working on them (ETA: 1 month)
Completed: These are the features that have been added recently on Bookee
