1. Adding a related contact
To add a related contact for a customer from CRM, ensure that their profile is added to the system.
To add a related contact you can follow the below steps:
Navigate to the customer profile for whom you want to add a related contact
Click on the 3 dots below the customer name and click on Add related contact
Add related contact pop up will show up, where you can search for the customer's name using their name/email and click on the profile you want to add as a related contact
If the customer does not have a profile in the system then you can click on add related contact as a new lead and them to the system first and proceed to add them as a related contact
Once you select the related contact in the next step you can enter how the contact is related and click on Add relationship
The related contact will be now be added to the customer's profile.
In case you want to add other related contacts to this customer, you can do that by clicking on the Add related contact option in the customer profile under Summary > Related contacts
2. How will the customer show up in the related contact's profile
If a customer adds another contact as a related contact. They will show up as related contact in each others profiles.
