Your staff members can see all the events that are scheduled for them directly on their google calendar by connecting their account with google calendar on Bookee

1. Integrating staff profile to google calendar
To integrate google calendar to a staff profile you can follow the below steps:
Ensure you are logged in to your account and navigate to the App store
Click on the Google Calendar app and click on Install
Click on connect google cal beside your name, then you will be directed to the Google sign-in page, Select your google account (Ensure the email id is the same as the one in Bookee)
You will be directed to a page asking you to give access to Bookee to sync the events to your calendar, click on Allow
Your account will be connected and all the upcoming events against the instructor will be synced to their google calendar

3. What can you see in the events on the calendar?
All the events scheduled for the staff i.e., classes, courses and appointments will be added to the calendar
Staff will be able to see the name of the event and the time of the event on the calendar
If the event time is updated in the schedule or the CRM calendar, it will be updated in the google calendar as well
