To update the stock of a product you can follow the below steps:
Navigate to Manage > Products
Click on Edit beside the product whose stock you want to update
Under variants, click on the edit icon beside the variants for which you want to edit the stock
Click on the available quantity you want to update, enter the new quantity and save it
Once the stock is updated click on update product
The stock for the product will be updated and it will reflect in the inventory
