Once a subscription plan is purchased by a customer, we will not be able to update the start date of the subscription.

If you want to update the start date of the subscription, you will have to cancel the existing subscription and sell them the same subscription again by selecting the desired start date at the time of sale.

To cancel the existing subscription you can follow the below steps:

  • Navigate to the customer profile, under summary you will be able to see the subscriptions of the customer

  • Click on the 3 dots beside the subscription plan you want to cancel and click on the cancel option

  • In the cancel subscription pop up, select cancel 'immediately' and refund the payment if the customer has paid for the subscription

  • Click on cancel subscription

The subscription will be cancelled.

To sell the same subscription with the future start date, you can follow the below steps:

  • Navigate to the POS icon from the customer profile

  • Click on the subscription plan and update the desired start date in the pop-up and then click on add to cart

  • Proceed to payment by clicking on charge

  • Select the payment type as card and click on complete payment

The subscription plan will be sold to the customer and they will not be charged for this subscription till the start date mentioned
