Customers will have access to the on-demand video playlists based on the pricing settings of individual playlists, If they were set up as free, then all the customers who sign up to your studio will have access to the free playlists.
If it is membership-based access then only the customers having an active membership with VOD access will be able to access the playlist

1. How to create a membership plan to access VOD?
To create a pack you can navigate to Manage > Services > Membership and click on Create plan
Enter the basic details of the plan:
Select the event type as credit pack
Create for: Select if you want this membership to be accessed only in the location you are creating it or across the whole region
Plan Name: Enter the name of the plan
Membership group: Create a group for the memberships that have access only to VOD by clicking on 'Add new group'
Description: Enter the description of the membership plan that you want to be showing in the customer app and website

Select the Expiry and credit information
Expiry date: Enter the validity period of this pack
Booking credits: As this membership plan only has VOD as its benefits you can disable the booking credit check
Under advanced settings,
Visible to customer: Select if you want this membership to be visible online for the customers to purchase
Start membership from: Select the validity start from as the date of purchase

Enter the price of the membership
Price: enter the price of the membership

Click on create membership. The membership plan will be created in the system
2. How to give playlist access to the membership?
To give access to the playlists for a membership you can follow the below steps:
Navigate to Manage > Services > Video on demand and go to the playlists
Click on the edit option beside the playlists

Under playlist pricing, select the option selected playlist and check on the membership plans that have access to this playlist
