For the appointments to be visible on the customer app and website, enable the visible to customer check under advanced settings of the appointment service

1. Booking appointment from the website

To book an appointment from the website, once the customer has logged into their account they can follow the below steps

  • Navigate to the appointments page

  • Select the appointment service you want to book and the instructor from the dropdown

  • Select the date you want to book this appointment

  • Based on the instructor selected their available slots will show up, you can click the slot you want to book and confirm it

  • You will then be directed to the payments page, select the membership you want to use to book this appointment and click on confirm booking

The appointment will be confirmed and will show up in the customer bookings and on the calendar


2. Booking appointment from customer app

To book an appointment from the customer app, once the customer has logged into their account they can follow the below steps

  • Click on the explore icon and select the appointments service you want to book under appointments

  • Select the instructor you want to book this appointment with from the dropdown

  • Select the date you want to book this appointment

  • Based on the instructor selected their available slots will show up, you can click the slot you want to book and confirm it

  • Select the membership you want to use to book this appointment and click on confirm booking

The appointment will be confirmed and will show up in the customer bookings and on the calendar
