To add customers to a course or a workshop, they will have to purchase the course/workshop. Once they purchase the course or workshop they will be automatically added to all instances of that course/workshop

If the visible to customer setting is enabled for the course/workshop the customer will be able to purchase the course online via the website or customer app

To sell a course/workshop to a customer you can follow the below steps:

  • Navigate to the POS page and add the customer details

  • Go to the Courses page and click on the course the customer wants to purchase

  • The course will be added to the cart, to collect payment click on charge

  • Select the payment type and click on complete payment

  • The sale will be completed and the customer will be added to all the instances of that course
