1. Submitting attendance from the business app
To submit attendance from the business app, you can follow the below steps:
đ Log in to the business app and go to the Schedule page and click on the class

âšī¸ The app will apply a filter based on the staff that has logged in and will show only the classes scheduled for them |
đ Click on the check-in option beside the name of the customer to check them in for the class


đ Once you have checked in all the customers click on the submit attendance button on the top right corner
đ You will see a pop asking if you want to submit attendance > Click on ok

đ Attendance will be submitted for this class and the status of the customers will be updated to Attended or Missed

đ Once the attendance is submitted the class will be closed and you will not be able to make any further changes to the customer status

2. How to submit attendance from the CRM
To submit attendance from the CRM, you can follow the below steps:
đ Navigate to the Calendar and click on the class instance

đ Click on the check-in option beside the name of the customer to check them in for the class

đ Once you have checked in all the customers click on the Submit attendance

đ You will see a pop asking if you are sure to submit > Click on Submit attendance

đ Attendance will be submitted for this class and the status of the customers will be updated to Attended or Missed

Once the attendance is submitted you will not be able to make any further changes to the customer status
