When you create a staff profile in the system an email will automatically go out to them with a link to activate account and set password.
The link they receive via email will be valid for 72 hours. If the staff does not activate their account within 72 hours the link will be expired.
ℹ️ The resend invite option is only visible in the staff profile till their first login. Once the staff logs in the resend invite will no longer show up in their profile
How to resend a login invitation to staff?
👉 Be at the location and navigate to Manage > Staff > Click on the staff name
👉 In the staff profile, under permission group, you will see an option to resend invite click on it
👉 An email with the activation link will be sent to the staff
