To reset a customers password from the CRM, you can follow the below steps:

👉 Use the universal search icon to navigate to the Customer's profile

👉 Below the name of the customer you will see three dots > Click on it and select Change password

👉 Enter the new password > Click on Reset password

👉 Confirm on the reset password

The customer's password will now be updated

🚨 Once we reset the password from the CRM, the customer will no longer be able to login to the mobile app or website using their old password
