In Bookee, you can now cancel the subscription starting today or from the end of the current cycle. While cancelling, you will also have an option to choose whether you want to refund the last payment or not.

1. Cancel subscription immediately

To cancel a subscription immediately, use the universal search icon to navigate to the customer profile

  1. Under Summary, you will be able to see the active subscription of the customer

  2. Click on the three dots beside the membership and select Cancel

  3. You will see a pop up where you can select the option Immediately under Cancel

  4. Select the refund option whether you want to refund the last payment or not

  5. Click on Cancel Subscription

The subscription will now be cancelled and marked as expired.

ℹī¸ When we cancel the subscription immediately the customer will no longer be able to book classes using this membership

2. Cancel subscription from the end of current cycle

To cancel a subscription at the end of current cycle, use the universal search icon to navigate to the customer profile

  1. Under Summary, you will be able to see the active subscription of the customer

  2. Click on the three dots beside the membership and select Cancel

  3. You will see a pop up where you can select End of current period under Cancel

  4. Select the refund option whether you want to refund the last payment or not

  5. Click on cancel subscription

The subscription will now be cancelled and will be in an active state till the end of the current period.

ℹī¸ When we select cancel after the end of current period, customer will be able to use this membership credits to book for classes till the end of the current period

3. Cancel and refund the last payment

To cancel a subscription and refund the last payment, use the universal search icon to navigate to the customer profile

  1. Under Summary, you will be able to see the active subscription of the customer

  2. Click on the three dots beside the membership and select Cancel

  3. You will see a pop up where you can select any of the option under Cancel

  4. Under the refund option select Refund the last payment

  5. Click on Cancel Subscription

The subscription will now be cancelled and a refund will be initiated and a refund invoice will be created under payments

👉 What happens if you refund first and then cancel the subscription?

ℹī¸ When we refund the subscription fee and then cancel the subscription, on the cancel subscription page 'refund last payment' option will be blocked as the refund has already been processed


4. Cancel with no refund

To cancel a subscription with no refund, use the universal search icon to navigate to the Customer Profile

  1. Under Summary, you will be able to see the active subscription of the customer

  2. Click on the three dots beside the membership and select Cancel

  3. You will see a pop up where you can select any of the options under Cancel

  4. Under refund, option select No refund

  5. Click on Cancel Subscription

The subscription will now be cancelled without a refund.

ℹī¸ The status of the membership will remain active/expired based on the option you selected under cancel
