In Bookee, for credit packs, you will be able to update the validity based on the below settings -

  1. Date of first use

  2. Date of first visit

  3. Date of purchase

1. Date of first use

When you are creating the credit pack membership > Under Advanced settings select the date of first use under Start Membership from

When we select start membership from the date of first use. The validity of the credit pack starts from the day the customer makes the first booking.

Example:

If the customer purchased a 1-month credit pack and they make their first booking on 7th June for a class on 10th June.

The validity for this pack will start from 7th June as they have made their first booking on this date.

👉 Selling a credit pack to the customer:

3.1 Changing the start date

You will be able to change the start date at the time of sale for the pack whose validity starts on the date of purchase

Example:

If the customer purchases a credit pack on 7th June and wants to update the start date as 15th June

Once you add the membership you will see a pop up where you can update the start date of the membership
