In this article, we will be showing you how you can reset your password and update your card details in your account

To reset your password you can click on the sign-up option either from the 'customer app' or the 'website portal'. Once you clicked on sign up you can follow the below steps -

  1. Click on Forgot password or first login on the login page

  2. Enter the Email id and click on Send OTP

  3. You will receive an OTP via email. Enter the OTP and click on Submit OTP

  4. The system will then direct you to change your password. You can enter the new password you want to update and click on Save Password

  5. You will then be directed to Go to login page > Click on it and enter your email and new password to login

Once you log in to the system, if you have any active subscription you can follow the below steps to update the card details to your profile. (In a case where the card details are not present, the system will not be able to charge the subscription fee on the next billing date due to which the subscription will get canceled)

  1. Once you logged in you will land on the My Account Page

  2. Under Payment Method click on View saved cards

  3. Select the location where you want to update your card details (This applies to studios with multiple locations) > Click on Add New Card

  4. Update your card details > Click on Save Card

Your card details will be updated in your profile.
