What should you do before migration?

When you have started setting up the system you will have to inform your customers regarding the change in the software. As your existing clients will need to follow a similar path to new clients. Once you are live on Bookee they will need to click 'Forgot password or First Login' either on the website or customer app to set a password before being able to 'Log in'.

What happens on the go-live date?

On the day of go-live, you will have to inform the customers of the change in software along with the steps to reset their password. Once they reset their password they will be able to log in and book classes via the website/customer app

If the customer has an active subscription you will have to inform them to add their card details to the system so that their subscription does not get canceled on the next billing date.

Note - If the card details are not present, the system will not be able to charge the subscription fee on the next billing date due to which the subscription will get canceled)

How clients can log in after migration?

Existing clients will have to click 'Forgot Password or First Login' on the 'Customer App' or 'Website'
