Our customer success experts move all your data from Mindbody to Bookee on a pre-decided GO LIVE date.

Moving your data all at once helps us to:

  • Ensure business continuity while keeping switching costs zero: You can continue running your business as usual on Mindbody until the go-live date.

  • Avoid confusion caused by working on two software at the same time.

  • Ensure that your most up-to-date data is moved to Bookee.

  • Seamless transition to new platform for your clients

Mindbody reports

You need to share the following reports from your Mindbody account one day before the go-live date:

  1. Mailing Lists: To import the contact information of all your clients

  2. Membership Report: To import your recurring memberships (i.e. autopay/subscriptions) data.

  3. Visits Remaining Report: To import your class & appointment packs.

  4. Schedule at a Glance report: To import the future bookings of your classes.

When to share the reports?

The night before the go-live date.

For example, if your GO LIVE date is 25th June then it is recommended that you disable class & appointment bookings on the night of 24th June and share the following reports.

1. Mailing Lists (Client Report)

  1. From your MBO account, click on Reports > Clients > Mailing Lists.

2. The Mailers & Data Exports page contains a box at the top of the report that you can use to generate a report and filter the results of the report. To export all the people in your MBO database, enter the following criteria for the report and then click on the Generate button:

  • Under the title "Mailer Lists", you'll see a drop down menu that says "Email List". Change this to "Mailing List".

  • In the List Clients and Client's Opt-In Status field, select "All Clients". Leave all the other fields the same.

3. Once the report is generated, click on the green XLS icon to export the list to an Excel file and save it on your computer.

4. Take your saved report and send it to your onboarding specialist. Or upload to your migration folder.

2. Membership Report

  1. From MBO, click on Reports > Clients > Membership.

2. On the Membership Summary page, click on the Generate button to create a summary of all your memberships.

3. Under the Members section on the right of the page, click into the Active > Total link to view all the memberships in an exportable format.

4. Once the report is generated, click on the Excel spreadsheet icon to export the list to an Excel file and save it on your desktop.

Note 👉

  • Check if there are any duplicates in this report, otherwise the same subscription will be added twice to the client.

  • The next payment date for clients in Bookee is calculated from the "Member To" column
